Project was completed professionally and quickly. The customer service is easy to communicate and schedule an appointment.
READ THEIR OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM. Could not recommend this business less. Will completely scam you with false quotes and then manufactured billing. Then when you try to reach them to dispute you will be unable to reach anyone with authority on the matter. Classic tactic of companies like this
Guy named Ed just hung up on us and was extremely rude and their other managers simply cannot be reached.
Going through BBB and the DATCP next unfortunately. Just that type of company...

This company seems to be the only one in the area that calls themselves 24 7 and actually takes it seriously.
Dennis and I absolutely love the new shower!! From the estimate to the end of the project everything went smoothly. The installation team was on time, clean and very friendly. The coordinator stopped by a few times to see if they needed anything. This was the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. Don’t bother calling the people that do all the commercials. Monona plumbing was less than half their price.
